Session 4: Using Your Likeability to Get Great Referrals

Referrals are one of the best ways to receive new clients. Likeability enhances trust, leading to more referrals. This session is focused on being intentional and active with referrals. You will learn:
  • The most effective way to ask for a referral
  • When to ask for a referral
  • Why to ask for a referral
You will establish credibility and likeability which will boost confidence in marketing your services and products. Overcoming the “Imposter Syndrome” and having self-assurance is vital for long-term success…and we will show you how to crush this.

This event highlights the Chamber's program, WIT - Workforce Improvement Trainings, hosted in partnership with Woodhill Solutions. The program leverages financial support from the State of California ETP (Employment Training Panel), enabling the Chamber to provide valuable trainings at a greatly reduced cost.
